Ben and Emily came to us after a family emergency derailed their wedding planning. We had just 5 months to pull off their earthy and eclectic celebration. The couple had been together for nearly a decade and had recently laid down roots in Accord, NY. When they came across Stonehills Farmhouse, a new Inn and venue just down the road from their house they knew it was a perfect fit. The celebration was a way to bring their friends and family into their chosen home.
Great food and music were a must. We kicked off the weekend with a welcome party including a Vietnamese and Thai inspired menu and a jazz band. The ceremony opened with a sound bath and Ben sang as Emily processed down the aisle. Dinner was a bountiful and beautiful family style meal by Honey n Schmaltz. Guests dance the night away under the clear top tent then partied till late in barn cellar with a special performance from Ben’s band.
